- Cuando empiezan a estar blandas añadimos las aceitunas (reservando algunas para adornar) y el majado, dejamos 2-3 minutos
- Entonces añadimos las lentejas sin el caldo, la pulpa del boniato, la salsa de soja y el tomate frito. Mezclamos dejamos que se integren bien los sabores y retiramos del fuego
- Ponemos el horno a 220º, función gratinar
- Con la mezcla de la sartén rellenamos las pieles del boniato. Volvemos a poner en una fuente apta para el horno.
- Encima ponemos unas rodajas de tomates cherry, las aceitunas reservadas y espolvoreamos con queso Mozzarella rallado y un poquito más de albahaca.
- Metemos al horno en la parte alta unos minutos hasta que el queso esté dorado
