- Ponemos la hoja de laurel y tapamos la olla que se vaya haciendo poco a poco. A los 20 minutos, abriremos la olla y añadiremos las patatas cortadas a trozos y rectificamos la sal si hiciera falta y lo dejaremos otros 20 min más.
- Pasado el tiempo, comprobamos que esté hecho y listo!!!!
