- Dejamos que de un hervor el guiso de lentejas junto con el refrito de ajo y pimentón para que los sabores queden bien ligados, rectificamos el punto de sal y a la mesa. Ya tenemos listo nuestro guiso de lentejas, ideal para los días fríos de invierno.
