Y cuando rompa a hervir se baja el fuego a la mitad.
Iremos probando las lentejas. - Cuando les falten 10 min se echan los mejillones y las gambas.
Se tapa y se deja reposar un rato fuera del fuego.
Yo he probado varios tiempos y entre una y 2 horas es perfecto.
Servir y disfrutar.
Sabrosas y un plato contundente pero nada graso.
