- 150 gramos arroz, yo he utilizado tipo "bomba"
- 1 cebolla
- 2 tomates
- 1 cucharadita Pimentón dulce de la Vera

- 1 litro caldo de verduras o de pollo
- Sal
- Pimienta negra recién molida

- Cuando tengamos el sofrito hecho añadiremos a la cazuela las lentejas, previamente cocidas, o las cocéis vosotras o las compráis ya cocidas, a vuestro gusto, también añadiremos la hoja de laurel y la cucharadita de pimentón, removemos todo bien y lo dejamos un par de minutos.
- Añadimos el arroz y lo rehogamos bien con el resto de los ingredientes durante otros dos minutos más.
- Es el momento de añadir el litro de caldo menos un vasito que vamos a poner en el vaso de la batidora, junto con los dientes de ajo y perejil fresco, todo esto lo batiremos bien y lo añadiremos a la cazuela, removiendo bien para que se mezcle con el resto de los ingredientes.
- Cocemos todo junto hasta que veamos el arroz en su punto, en el caso del arroz bomba que he utilizado lo dejo 15 minutos y 5 de reposo, con este arroz y estos tiempos no se pasa y si sobra nos lo podremos comer por la noche o al día siguiente sin que este pasado. Un plato delicioso!
