- Escurrimos las lentejas que han estado en remojo. Añadimos las lentejas escurridas a la cacerola de nuestra comida. Seguimos dando vueltas. para que todo coja aroma y sabor (podemos añadir media cabeza de ajo como la que se ve en la foto). En ese momento añadiremos unos 3 vasos de agua a nuestra cacerola y dejaremos cocer a fuego medio durante 20-30 minutos.
- Pasado ese tiempo probad las lentejas a ver si están duras. En ese caso dejadlas un poco más de tiempo (podéis añadir un poco más de agua si lo necesitáis).
