- Destapar la olla y agregar las lentejas precocidad con el líquido de cocción (no más de 1 taza de 200cm3 de líquido) Revolver con las carnes y verduras. Tapar la olla. Cocinar 10 minutos más con la olla tapada. Luego, agregar la butifarra cortada. Revolver. Cocinar 5 minutos más a fuego fuerte. Apagar. Tapar la olla.
