- A continuación añadimos las lentejas que hemos tenido en remojo unas horas, (ésta lenteja se puede cocer sin poner en remojo) cubrimos con agua y agregamos las patatas peladas y cortadas en trozos, lo dejamos cocer lentamente.
- A media cocción añadimos el calabacin con piel bien lavado, cortado en trozos pequeños, y el laurel, en 15 minutos estarán hechas, probamos de sal.
