  4. Al sofrito anterior le agregas las lentejas, la pechuga sellada, la zanahoria, la hoja de laurel y combinas. Una vez combinado le agregas el fondo hasta tapar las lentejas. Y dejas cocinar por 30 minutos, checando que no se seque las lentejas, de ser así, agregarle un poco de fondo.
  5. Una vez terminado, echar la cucharadita de orégano y rectificar la sal Y listo.. Tienes otra forma de preparar lentejas el lunes.
