Colocar las cda de aceite en un sartén u olla y sobreir... Cuando esté transparente la cebolla, llevar a un bowl y reservar.... Cuando estén blandas las lentejas escurrir y añadir a lo reservado.
  2. Agregar los huevos, sal, pimienta, especias a gusto y harina hasta conseguir una consistencia que permita formar bolitas como del tamaño de una pelota de pinpong sobre una lamina de silpat si tienes o papel de cocina enaceitado para que no se pegue... Llevar al horno a 180° por 20 min
  3. Mientras están las albóndigas en el horno preparar la salsa... De trituran o pica en pequeños trozos los tomates... Se lleva al mismo sartén que usamos anteriormente junto con los demás ingrediente y dejamos a fuego bajo por 20 min aprox.. Agregar el poco de vino blanco o agua de ser necesario para que no espese tanto... Cuando esté cocida agregar las albóndigas salidas del horno, mezclar y servir. Pse puede añadir un poco de orégano o perejil para adornar.
