- Primero que nada en una olla más pequeña, ponemos a hervir las lentejas hasta que ya no estén duras, lleva su tiempo
- Fritamos la cebolla y el morrón previamente cortados
- Agregamos la panceta cortada en cubitos y condimentos. Yo le agrego un caldito de costilla o carne
- Si le fuéramos a poner chorizo colorado este es el momento, lo sellamos entero con la cebolla y el morrón dándolo vuelta cada unos minutos y luego lo sacamos lo cortamos y se lo agregamos. Esto es para que no se deshaga
- Agregamos la carne también cortada en cubos más grandes
- Fritamos todos unos minutos
- Agregamos la salsa y dos cucharaditas de azúcar para sacar el ácido de la salsa, dejamos hervir y cuando hierva le agregamos 5 tazas de agua tapamos y dejamos hervir nuevamente
- Una vez que hierve le agregamos ya cortados en cubos la papá y el boñato
- Siempre revolviendo con cuchara de madera
- Ahora solo resta ir controlando la papá, el boñato y la carne, cuando vemos que estos están no tan duros, le agregamos las lentejas previamente hervidas con su agua y todo y revolvemos
- En el mismo momento agregamos arroz o fideos y las arvejas. Cuidado no nos pasemos de la cantidad de arroz porque el nos quedaría seco
- Con respecto a la cantidad de agua es ir viendo podemos ir agregando más si vemos que le falta
- Cuidado con el punto del arroz no lo dejen pasar porque sigue se sigue cosiendo aunque hayamos apagado la hornalla
- Una vez el arroz este listo, ya va a estar lista la papá y la carne apagamos y Pronto para servir
