- Ahora tomamos un puñado de la mezcla y con nuestras manos hacemos una bola y la colocamos encima de un nilon y por encima otro y con la palma de la manos lo aplastamos y repetimos este procedimiento con toda la mezcla y luego lo llevamos al freezer hasta la hora de consumir.
