  6. Por último formas bolitas y aplastar para darle forma. Yo lo hago con un aro de plástico y con dos separadores de plástico para que no se me peguen en las manos.
  7. Formas todas las hamburguesas que quieras. A mí me salieron 10.
  8. Llevar al frío para que no se rompan al cocinarlas. Recomiendo ponerlas con separadores y llevar al frezzer. Cocinarlas congeladas para que no pierda la forma. Al horno o en la sartén hasta que se descongelen.
