- Cuando esté casi cocido el zapallo los ponemos a sofreír la cebolla, los dientes de ajo, zanahoria rallada, con el caldo de costilla, orégano, comino y ají de color con un chorro de aceite (también se le echa pimentón en cuadritos pero a mi hijo no le gusta mucho por eso no le echo si a usted le gusta hechele nomas)
- Mientras se fríe la cebolla con los condimentos a fuego lento, molemos el zapallo con un tenedor lo volvemos a echar a la olla y revolvemos
- Una vez que la cebolla quede transparente la echamos a la olla, probar de sal si le falta echar un poco y si le falta agua echar también hervida
- Luego probar la lenteja si está casi cocida le echamos el arroz y la dejamos cocinar unos 8 minutos más o menos a fuego bajo y listo
- Como a mí me gusta con longaniza freímos la longaniza y la echamos revolvemos para que se pase el sabor y listo
- Se puede acompañar con una rica ensalada a la chilena
