Esta receta me vino de regalo con unas lentejas que compré y anoche lo hice cambiando algunas cosas ya que no las tenía. Quedó riquísimo me encantó. Lo recomiendo muy rendidor. Yo guarde algunas porciones en el frezzer.

- 3 cucharadas aceite
- 2 cebollas
- 2 puerros
- 1 zanahoria
- 1 morrón rojo

- 2 chorizos colorados(usé común no colorado)
- 2 tazas caldo
- 2 cucharaditas pimentón
- 500 gramos pollo
- Sal a gusto
- 1 morcilla salada(yo no tenía y no le puse)
- 2 cubos caldo de verduras
- 3 papas
- 3 boniatos

- Colocar en una cacerola grande el aceite y rehogar la cebolla, puerro, zanahoria, ajo y morrón todo bien picado. (Yo usé el morrón cebolla y puerro congelados) cortar el pollo en trozos grandes. El chorizo en rodajas. Agregarlo a la cacerola.
- Luego de dorar el pollo agregamos los cubos de caldo y 1 litro y medio de agua caliente. Agregar las lentejas y el pimentón. Tapamos y cocinamos un buen rato. Cuando vemos que falta poco para que se cocinen las lentejas agregamos las papas y boniatos cortados en trozos no muy grandes.
- Como a las 45 minutos agregué las papas y boniatos. Cocinar hasta que estén tiernos y ya estará todo listo. Queda delicioso!!!
