  5. Añadimos la cucharada colmada de curry, sal, y cocemos en la olla a presión durante 30 min
  6. Mientras tanto preparamos el arroz. Ponemos un poco de aceite a calentar en una olla, añadimos el arroz, le damos unas vueltas y añadimos algo más del doble de su volumen de agua. Lo cocemos durante 15 o 20 min hasta que el arroz esté seco
  7. Mientras se cuecen la carne y el arroz rallamos la cebolla y la sofreímos unos minutos. Añadimos el tomate, con una cucharadita de azúcar y una pizca de sal y lo freímos todo tapado a fuego lento
  8. Ponemos en una sartén una cucharada del sofrito con los garbanzos y lo calentamos unos minutos
  9. Hacemos lo mismo con las lentejas, calentándolas con otra cucharada de sofrito. Al retirar la sartén del fuego añadimos un poco de comino molido y removemos
  10. Ponemos cada cosa en un recipiente y lo sacamos todo a la mesa, de forma que cada comensal se sirva un poco de todo en su plato, con una cantidad generosa de salsa de curry
