- Mientras cortamos sin pelar a la chiviría, y pelamos cortamos y nos olvidamos de fotografiar a las papas, echamos un vistazo a la fritanga, que lleva unos 8-10´y tres revolvidas, agregamos un poquito más de sal, 2dl de agua caliente y 3hojas de laurel......Ahora sí zampamos las hortalizas y revolvemos
- Luego de otros 10-15´ pinchamos a las papas para ver su estado y como ya están agregamos las lentejas, revolvemos, tapamos y apagamos el fuego. Cuando apenas esté tibio lo servimos y morfamos pal campeonato!!!
