- En una sartén aparte. Ir haciendo un sofrito. Colocar la carne con el chorizo colorado y la panceta e ir dorando todo y condimentado a gusto. Una vez dorado agregar la cebolla y zanahoria seguir dorando y por última la cebolla de verdeo y el ajo. Terminar el sofrito y reservar.
- Una vez que las lentejas estén tiernas agregarle el sofrito que teníamos echo y ahí echarle el puré de tomates y revolver y dejar evaporar el caldo hasta el gusto de cada uno!.
- Paso final emplatamos y echamos por encima perejil bien picado y si les gusta un poco de cebolla de verdeo (la parte verde)
